Action Plans: One of the objectives of the CRIT program is for CRs (and Rising CRs) to develop an achievable project that focuses on the management of complex older patients, and that can also be completed during the chief residency year. Come prepared with ideas that you can further develop over the CRIT weekend event. We’ve stored some sample plans in the right-hand side bar of this blog: Sample Action Plan Proposals and Sample Action Plan Titles. Project focus may be on trainee education, improvement of clinical care, institutional changes, administration, and patient education.
